From Design to the Mail
If you are looking for a company to handle all of the printing and mailing for your packages, look no futher. We handle the complete package for a multitude of our clients. We average over 1,000,000 mailings a month. We have over 30 years of experience in direct mail. The best part is, Valley Press controls the printing.
We don't have an in house designer, though we can do layout and some basic design work. If you need a designer, we can recommend them to you. After receiving the art, we will handle all of your printing. For envelopes, we go directly to a manufacturer. Since we buy so many envelopes, we already have set pricing and have the pull needed to get the envelopes delivered on time.
For personalization and mailshop, we have a couple of mailshops we use on a full time basis. Since we are always mailing, we won't overload one shop and miss our maildates. But, we have the clout because of our volume that we won't get bumped. Again, we already have set pricing from our mailshops. We have all of the capabilities at our disposal. We can merge/purge, presort, and CASS certify your data. We can laser (continuous or flat sheet), inkjet, or label your letters, replies, envelopes, and selfmailers. We also can impact print NCR forms. We insert up to 9 x 12 packages by machine. We have full hand sections available, so we can handle multiple stamping of envelopes. Yes, we are aware of the USPS and the Merlin barcoding regutions.
If you have monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly newsletter mailing, having Valley Press handle them makes your life easier. We can work out set pricing with you, so your know what your costs will be. If you have material you will use over and over, we have the warehouse space. Plus, we'll let you know when we need to reorder inventory. This makes the process faster too. For example, we mail a monthly 6 x 9 package in 5 days from receipt of art.
